South Florida Real Estate Experts, Inc. is licensed as a real estate company with the State of Florida. Our broker of record, Dan Coco, is the head instructor for the Gold Coast School of Real Estate. Gold Coast is where individuals go to learn about real estate laws and terms enough to pass the state exam. Dan Coco has been preparing real estate students to pass the Florida real estate licensing exam for over 15 years. To assist in the recruiting and training of our real estate associates, we secured the services of Jim Shriner. Jim Shriner,
"Mr. Real Estate Cooks", has been in the real estate industry for over 40 years. Jim owned and operated a real estate company and a real estate school in Ohio for 30 years.

    Since moving to Florida, he has been teaching the continuing education courses for Palm Beach Board of Realtors. To oversee the real estate operations on the day to day basis, we recruited Seth Rand. He formerly held the position of V.P. of Marketing for a successful real estate and mortgage company in Broward County Florida. South Florida Realty is targeting newly licensed real estate associates, to join South Florida Realty as sales associates, and to enroll them in our educational program titled “Crawl, Walk, and Run”. We will not only provide them with classroom style education, but with hands on coaching throughout their first five transactions. Our commission schedule is designed to keep the associates with South Florida Realty even as they become top producers in the real estate industry.
